Why AV Docs

Three roles, each with one password. Decide who sees what, document by document.
Every venue has three roles: Manager, Operator and Guest. Each role has one shared password - not an account per person - and the manager sets it and can change it at any time.
Every document has a minimum role. Each role sees everything the roles below it see, and more. Sensitive device details - passwords, logins, PINs and admin settings - are shown to managers only.
Give the operator password to your own technical staff. Give the guest password to the people who hire the venue and run their own show: they get what they need to use the space, and nothing about how it’s set up.
